Careers at EWL

As an Accredited Employer, we can also recruit experienced international operators.

 

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have a great attitude and love operating gear

  • Are willing to work long hours, 7 days a week during peak. (Making hay while the sun shines). 

  • Can work well in a team and contribute to a positive work culture

We enjoy regular BBQs, catch-ups, and support a healthy work-life balance during the busy season.

Requirements:

 

  • Full NZ Driver’s Licence

  • Class 5 (HT) Licence preferred

  • Able to pass random drug testing

  • Experience in silage and baleage machinery preferred

  • International applicants must have at least 2 years of relevant machinery experience
